Whale Watching Iceland may 4th at 08:55
This morning was the most beautiful weather for whale watching, sun and neither wind nor waves. We met a group of six minke whales in the feeding grounds which came 10 meters close to the boat. With the sun we could see their white spot on the flippers directly under the water surface. And we could see tonns of sand eels sparkling in the water. On our way back we had several groups of harbour porpoises. One of them came so close to the boat that we could take incredible nice pictures of the animals.
