Great weather and good sightings :)
For the past days we have had really a good weather and perfect conditions for whale watching. We have spotted Minke Whales in all our tours in past 4 days. Seems to be that more and more Minkies are coming into the bay. Other sightins are such as White beaked Dolphins and the fun to watch Humpback.

Great news from sea :) Humpbacks, Minkies and Dolphins... :)
We got a call from our captain and the tour has been so far fantastic. (10:25). They have already spotted pod of White beaked Dolphins, 25-30 animals, 2 Minke Whales and 2 Humpbacks. The conditions out there are very good, slow wind and sunny. We will tell you more about this tour and others under the Whale watching diary on our web.

The Puffins are up in the island Akurey
In the middle of April, we saw the first birds on the sea in Faxafloi bay. The birds inhabit the Islands Akurey and Lundey, where they remain until midt of August. They are already up in the island and more and more birds are strolling up to the island each day now. As many as fifteen – twenty thousand pairs are believed to nest on Akurey. In all our Whale Watching tours we sail close to the island and you can have a great photo opportunity of this beautiful birds.

Finally we have a good weather and the conditions for whale watching are excellent today :) We got a call from our captain at 14:35 and they have already spotted Humpback, Minky Whales and White beaked Dolphins, Great !

Promising weather for coming days
The weather forcast for the coming days is very good. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday the wind is supposed to be very slow so finally we are getting a good whale watching weather. In May we have tours at 08:55 and 12:55. Bookings in phone + 354 897 8433.

Weather for coming days - No tours tomorrow Wednesday May 12th due to a weather
Still we have a strong wind from south and it´s not very entertaining to be at sea in this weather !! On Thursday the weather is supposed to be good again and the whole weekend seems to be good as well :) Hopefully the summer is coming. Next tours are therefore scheduled on Thursday at 08:55 and 12:55.

The weather forcast for the day and tomorrow isn´t faverable. Strong western wind. We have therefore cancelled the tours. The forcast is promising for the rest of the week.

Unforunately the weather forcast for the day isn´t favourable. There is supposed to be a quite strong wind and therefore we have cancelled the tours today. On Sunday the weather is supposed to be good and still we have awailable tickets for the tour at 12:55. The 08:55 tour is sold out. Give us a call in + 354 897 8433 to reserve a ticket.
